Washington Apple Pi Bylaws — in Emoji

On April 1, 2014, Google announced a new module for Google Translate, available only for Chrome running on Android and iOS. This new translator translated English text into Emoji. As with many things announced by Google on April 1 over the past few years, this advanced technology was only available one day — but during that one day, we thoughtfully captured the Washington Apple Pi Bylaws (as of April 1, 2014) and translated them, then made screen captures to preserve these rare artifacts.

Emoji translators — all one of them — work best with "plain language," so bylaws present a challenge as they tend to be in legalistic jargon. Click on the miniature versions of the pages below to see a full-size image, and see how well Washington Apple Pi manages to handle "plain language."
