Microsoft, the world's second largest Macintosh software developer, was at Washington Apple Pi on May 22 to display the wonders of Microsoft Office 2004. The new Office boasts a Project Center, and the Pro version allegedly will include the first version of Virtual PC that will work on a Power Mac G5. Microsoft's Mactopia site has been short on details, so the well-attended meeting brought lots of questions.
Note that while the meeting was held on the fourth Saturday, May 22 is not the last Saturday in May. Don't come on the last Saturday, as everyone else will be at home barbecuing.
