A Community of Apple iPad, iPhone and Mac Users

NCA-MUG - VMUG Joint Meeting

Aaron Davis and Haley Tsukayama

October 12, 2013, Arlington Central Library, 10:30 a.m.

Washington Apple Pi is pleased to announce a new collaboration among the three Mac User Groups (MUGs) in the DC area.

On October 12 NCA-MUG and VMUG will jointly host a Macintosh users group meeting at the Arlington Central Library (1015 N Quincy St, Arlington, VA 22201), and include a pair of superb and timely programs. As this will go through lunch, VMUG promises pizza, drinks, and possibly, an incredibly rich and fattening dessert, for one and all.

Aaron Davis, an Apple Senior Systems Engineer, will be introducing Apple's new iPhones, iOS 7, new iMacs, Apple AirPort products -- and anything else announced by Apple between now and then.

After lunch, we will be hearing from Hayley Tsukayama, the consumer technology reporter for The Washington Post, on her predictions for the future of The Washington Post and of some of our favorite technology companies and their products including those from Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Samsung, and others.

Metro: take the Orange Line to either Virginia Square or Ballston Metro stations.

For more information, see their webpages at http://vmug.org and http://nca-mug.org/meetings.html

F.Y.I. Aaron Davis is also scheduled to address Pi members at our regular November General Meeting (Nov. 23).
