Nonprofit foundation initially funded by Apple Computer, Inc. Distributes hardware for developmental and demonstration projects in classroom computing. Also sponsors EPIC (Education Program Information Center) for software reviews and authoring guides.

1980 grants: 15 grants totaling ~$100,000 + 22 Apple II systems for development projects from preschool through college, including special education.
