WAP Mentor Program

Formal Pi mentorship program launched November 1990 by Manny DeVera (1990-11 — V12 N11), formalizing Phil Shapiro's Micro-Mentor Clearinghouse proposal from 1990-01 — V12 N01.

Goals: Match experienced Pi members with newcomers/learners.
