One of the great works of the 20th century, the incomparable Telecommunications Opera, was first performed in Rockville, MD, under the direction of maestro J. Thomason in English, Danish and Krrkit (the indiginous language of Antarctica). The opera spans the entire tumultuous history of personal computer telecommunications, from its birth in the garage, to its modern home in the closet, to the future chaos of the Year 2000. This short, imperfect clip (with some odd random sounds caused by the ventilation system) just hints at the glory of the entire masterwork.
