Pi's first physical office opened December 1982 (map on page 52 of 1982-12 — V04 N12). Second item on Urban's May 1981 unfinished-business list, after October 1982's incorporation. Served as pickup/dropoff point for disks, APNotes, newsletters, ABBS, the Hotline.
