Long-running Pi officer and contributor. ABBS sysop from 1982. Wrote "The IAC and Thee" in 1982-07 — V04 N07. Wrote the cover piece for the Apple //e unveiling in 1983-02 — V05 N02.

Pi President 1985–1988 (per 1989-01 — V11 N01 anniversary roster, confirmed by President's Corner authorship across 1986-88 ingested issues). Succeeded by Robert C. Platt in Aug 1988 (1988-08 — V10 N08).

Briefly returned as President in July 1989 (1989-07 — V11 N07) after the Board removed Bob Platt on June 14, 1989 — see Pi Governance Crisis 1989. Stepped aside when David Morganstein was elected to a second term in 1989-08 — V11 N08.

Continued as Director on Pi Board through 1990. Wrote "The Outlook for Macs in Washington" in 1990-02 — V12 N02 — DC Mac market forecast.
